Transform Plate Boundaries.

Transform fault boundaries involve displacement parallel to plate boundaries.

The Juan de Fuca plate is made of oceanic lithosphere.  Its margins involve: a convergent boundary with the North American Plate, a divergent boundary with the Pacific Plate, and a transform boundary with both the Pacific and North American Plate.

The San Andrea Fault is a transform boundary that accommodates the relative motion between the Pacific and the North American Plates.
